Pommed 1.33 to support MacBook (Pro) 6,1, 6,2 and MacBook Pro 7,1

 Pommed has been updated to include support for the 2010 Apple laptops.

Notes:

This release adds support for the early 2010 machines.

It also removes the dependency on Glade for gpomme.

Changes:

- pommed:
  + added support for the MacBook6,1 (October 2009).
  + added support for the MacBookPro6,1 & 6,2 (Core i5/i7, April 2010).
  + kill PCI device check in nv8600mgt.
  + added support for the MacBookPro7,1 (13", Core2 Duo, April 2010). Requires a patched nvidia-bl module for backlight support at the moment.

- gpomme:
  + replaced Glade with hardcoded GTK+ code.
